Chelsea 2 2 Tottenham Full Match

Chelsea 2-0 Tottenham: Chalobah and Jackson on Target

Spurs loss sees them slip to 11th in the Premier League

Tottenham's four-match unbeaten run in the Premier League came to an end on Sunday as they were beaten 2-0 by Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Trevoh Chalobah gave Chelsea the lead in the 26th minute with a close-range header from Marc Cucurella's corner. Nicolas Jackson made it 2-0 in the 62nd minute with a composed finish after being played through by Raheem Sterling. The win moves Chelsea up to seventh in the table, while Tottenham drop to 11th.

The match was a closely contested affair, with both sides having chances to score. However, it was Chelsea who were more clinical in front of goal. Chalobah's header was a well-taken goal, and Jackson's finish was equally impressive.

Tottenham, meanwhile, struggled to create clear-cut chances. Their best chance of the match fell to Richarlison in the second half, but the Brazilian forward's shot was saved by Kepa Arrizabalaga.

The defeat is a blow to Tottenham's hopes of finishing in the top four this season. They are now 11 points behind fourth-placed Manchester United.
